Highlights of the positions include:
Daytime Hospitalist
- 7 on / 7 off – all day shifts
- 16-19 patients per day
- No procedures required
- Ample subspecialty support including 24/7 intensivist
- Collegial group with little turnover
- $265,000 base salary, can earn up to $300,000 in year 1
- All hospitalists make between $350,000 to $400,000 after first year
Nocturnist
- 7 on / 7 off
- 3 to 8 admissions per night
- $320,000 salary with upside potential
