- Join a successful urgent care practice of over 100 employees
- Work out of a brand new office setting in either Birmingham or Huntsville
- Both offices opening in 2017 and we are recruiting a Team Lead for each office
- Work out of the first pediatric urgent care center in the state of Alabama

- No after hours work, call, or responsibilities
- Work 7 out of every 14 days (5 days one week and 2 days the next week)
- Never work more than two 10-hour shifts in a row

- $225,000 per year for these Team Lead positions
- Pick up additional shifts (paid up to $1,320 for each additional shift)
- Just one additional shift every two weeks would increase your income up to almost $260,000
